What this policy covers
This policy covers thewiredape.com. The Ritual OS app and the Kithmark app each have their own privacy notice, shown inside the app before you sign up.
What we never do
We don't sell your data. We don't show ads, and we don't add advertising or tracking cookies to this site.
What we collect, and why
When you sign up for Jungle Dispatches, we keep your email address so we can send you the newsletter.
When you write to us through Signal Us, we get your name, your email address, the reason you chose and your message, so we can answer you.
When you ask to hear when Kithmark launches, we keep your email address so we can tell you once it does.
When you join the Ritual OS waitlist, take the Spiritual DNA Quiz or apply as a practitioner, you do that on app.thewiredape.com, and the Ritual OS privacy notice applies there.
Who handles it for us
Framer hosts this site and runs its forms. Like any web host, it sees technical details such as your IP address and browser in order to deliver pages and keep them secure. Messages from our forms arrive in our email, which Google Workspace runs. These companies may process data in the United States and other countries.
How long we keep it
Your newsletter email stays until you unsubscribe. Every issue of Jungle Dispatches has a way to unsubscribe, or you can write to us. Messages you send us are kept as long as we need them to answer you and keep a record of what was said. A Kithmark launch email is deleted once we've told you about the launch.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you. Write to privacy@thewiredape.com and we'll answer within the time the law where you live allows.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their details.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your data, we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change happens.
