The oldest technology for being human,
Ritual OS
rebuilt for the life you actually live.
Ritual OS matches you with cross-cultural practices grounded in science, adapts to you week by week, and connects you to real practitioners. Built with care, for people carrying real things.
The quiz is free and takes about ten minutes. Ritual OS launches on 11/01/2026.
Who is it for?
People navigating loss, grief, or major life transitions.
People, especially men aged 25 to 45, who want depth without therapy or wellness culture.

Answer once. Get your Ritual DNA.
You arrive as you are, carrying what you're carrying. Answer once, and the noise starts to order itself.
Ritual OS builds a portrait of how you meet stress, meaning, the body and the sacred. Not a label. A map of how you are wired. Then it takes you straight to your first practice.

Practices matched to you
From a deep, growing library of cross cultural rituals, Ritual OS surfaces the few that fit where you are right now. Chosen for you, not for everyone.
Explore how cultures across the world have answered the hard parts of being human. Every practice is named and credited to where it comes from.

A plan that changes with you
The Hearthline is your weekly letter, tuned to your Ritual DNA and part of your membership. Real practices, real practitioners, real research, chosen for where you actually are.
You send your Inner Weather Report, a short check in about how the week went and what shifted.
See how your practice and your weeks move together. Quiet, private insight, kept between you and the app.

Real practitioners, when you need a person
When a practice calls for a human, Ritual OS points you to vetted practitioners across traditions.
We do not sit in the middle.
We take no cut of any practitioner's work.

Care comes first, every time
Ritual OS is for people in real moments: grief, transition, burnout, the weeks that do not have a name. Safety is not a setting buried somewhere. Help is reachable from every screen, with or without an account.
If you are in real danger or acute distress, Ritual OS won't hand you a ritual. It points you toward people who can help right now.
A practice companion, not treatment. It does not diagnose and it does not prescribe.
Nothing pushes you past what you are ready for.
Practices are credited to the cultures they come from. Closed traditions are treated as closed.
Every practice is chosen for reasons we can show you, drawn from neuroscience, anthropology and psychology.
App screens shown as drawings of the app. Entries on them, like the weeks and the Ritual DNA, are examples.
Your inner life is not a data set.
You tell Ritual OS some of the most personal things about your weeks. That trust sets the standard for how we hold what you share.
We do not sell your data and we do not hand it to advertisers. There is no version of this product where your grief becomes someone's ad target.
What you say about your hardest weeks is held to a higher standard than your email address, and it is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
We collect what it takes to personalize your practice, and we tell you why. Nothing more, by default.
Nothing is opt out. You choose what you share, you can change your mind, and saying no never costs you the core of the experience.
What it is not.
Questions
The Wired Ape is the diagnosis. Ritual OS is the practice.
Answer once, and Ritual OS builds a portrait of how you meet stress, meaning, the body and the sacred. Then it matches you with practices drawn from traditions that have handled this before, each credited to where it came from.
If you are in crisis right now, please reach out to your local emergency services or a crisis line. Ritual OS is here for the long work of being human, not the emergency. See help lines
