Not therapy, and not a crisis service

Nothing on this site is medical, psychological or legal advice, and it isn't a substitute for a doctor, a therapist or a counselor. This site is not a crisis service. If you are in crisis right now, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line. You can find help lines at app.thewiredape.com/crisis.
